Review: Trader Joe's - Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake

Trader Joe's Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake is a seasonal item that appears around this time of year. It combines the pumpkins and pumpkin pie spices into a cheesecake.

A 30-ounce cheesecake was $6.99.

These come in the freezer aisle so you have to thaw it out at room temperature for about an hour before serving or overnight in the fridge.

It's pretty much like Trader Joe's cheesecake crossed with a pumpkin pie, which is about as awesome as it sounds if you're a fan of both.

The cheesecake is smooth and rich with just the right amount of tanginess and pumpkin pie spice. It features a firmer, dense consistency that strikes a nice balance between being too heavy and being too fluffy.

The crust has a nice, lightly-sweetened, crumbly feel to it.

Overall, as a fan of both pumpkin pie and cheesecake, I found a lot to like in Trader Joe's delicious Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake. For $7, it doesn't get much better than this.
