Chick-fil-A Introduces New Grilled Chicken and Egg White Breakfast Sandwich

Chick-fil-A adds their first new breakfast sandwich since 2010 with the introduction of the new Egg White Grill sandwich.

Aimed at those looking for a lower-calorie fast food breakfast sandwich, the Egg White Grill features a breakfast-portion of grilled chicken breast, grilled egg whites, and American cheese on a toasted multi-grain English muffin. It seems somewhat like a chicken version of McDonald's Egg White Delight, which was launched back in 2013.

The new sandwich is good for 300 calories and 25 grams of protein with a price starting at $3.35 (varying with location).

The chain also has a couple of other changes starting today: a bigger Greek Yogurt Parfait and new dipping sauces.

The Greek Yogurt Parfait, which launched last year, is now 5.5-oz (up from 3.5 oz). It now contains 180 calories and 12 grams of protein with a price tag starting at $2.95.

The new sauces now available nationwide include Sweet & Spicy Sriracha, Smokehouse BBQ, Garlic & Herb Ranch, and Zesty Buffalo. They're meant to reflect "changing customer tastes and flavor trends." The sauces were available in select locations late last year.
