One of the taglines for the BurgerPizza is "looks like a burger, tastes like a pizza." It features a filling of herbs, vegetables, tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese baked between two soft buns topped off with some herbs as well.
The burger is available in two vegetarian and two non-vegetarian varieties. The vegetarian options play well to a sizable portion of the Indian population (about a third).
According to the chain, they do well in the "shared meal-replacement" category with their pizzas but are looking to build incremental growth in the "all day, individual consumption" segment with the launch of the new product.
Prices for the burger start at 89 rupees (~$1.33 US).
