Starbucks Debuts New Berry Sangria Herbal Tea

Starbucks launches the new Teavana Berry Sangria Herbal Tea as their latest nod to the summer. Sangria is typically wine, chopped fruit, sugar, and brandy, but don't expect the alcohol here.

The new drink is made with fresh-brewed Teavana iced passion tango tea (a blend of hibiscus, lemongrass, and apple flavors) and Sangria syrup (peach, elderberry, blood orange, and raspberry flavors) shaken with blackberries, orange slices, apple juice, and ice.

A sparkling version is also available in the Sunbelt states (southern half of the continental US and Hawaii) courtesy of the carbonation of their Fizzio machines.

It's priced at $3.95 (may vary) for a Grande (no extra charge for fizziness in my area).

The Berry Sangria Herbal Tea is available through the fall at participating Starbucks locations in the US and Canada, while supplies last.
