P.F Chang's Introduces New Farm to Wok Menu

P.F. Chang's seeks to highlight their scratch-made dishes and fresh ingredients with the new Farm to Wok menu which includes new dishes like Wok-Fire Filet Mignon and Cauliflower Tempura.

The menu is meant to showcase the restaurant chain's food philosophy which they describe as "clean ingredients, purposeful recipes, and the power of a fiery wok.

Here's what's new to the menu: Wok-Fired Filet Mignon, Singapore Firecracker Chicken, Wok-Charred Brussels Sprouts, Cauliflower Tempura, and Hunan Dragon Wings.

To kick off the menu, the chain is offering a free entree of new Singapore Firecracker Chicken (or Long Life Noodles & Prawns) with any entree purchase from Monday through Wednesday through August 31, 2016. You'll need to print or show the offer from their website to take advantage of it.

P.F. Chang’s is also spotlighting the concept as it applies to their drinks. They're calling it their "Garden to Glass beverage philosophy." New handcrafted cocktails, featuring regionally-source orange blossom honey, include the Anejo Buzz, Honey Thyme G&T, and Cucumber Collins.
