Outback Tops Bloomin' Onion with New Deep-Fried Ribs

Outback Steakhouse brings back the 3-Point Rib Bloom in time for spring but with a twist: now it comes topped with new, deep-fried ribs rather than the regular smoked variety.

Specifically, the 3-Point Rib Bloom takes the chain's signature Bloomin' Onion and tops it off with Aussie Cheese Fries plus four BBQ Baby Back Ribs that are "fried Outback-style" and then tossed in tangy BBQ sauce similar to how sauced wings are often prepared.

You can also get the deep-fried ribs as new Aussie Twisted Ribs which takes the same fried BBQ Baby Back Ribs and drizzles them with spicy signature bloom sauce. The ribs come garnished with spicy house-made pickles.


The chain is also running a limited-time Steak and Ribs special with prices starting at $14.99 at participating restaurants.
