Available for a limited time, the seasonal cookie is infused with the flavor of caramel and features sweet apple baked into a soft blonde cookie. As with the rest of Potbelly's cookies, the Apple Caramel Cookie is baked daily at each location.
Prices vary but cookies cost about $2 at Potbelly.
You can find the new cookie now at all Potbelly locations chain-wide.
Both caramel and apple are generally regarded as fall flavors (although both can be found featured during other parts of the year). Both represent an alternative to pumpkin spice during the season.
