Available for a limited time, IHOP's Girl Scout Thin Mints Pancakes offer four green buttermilk pancakes crowned with cheesecake mousse, Girl Scout Thin Mints pieces, and whipped topping.
You can order the new pancakes as a short stack, a full stack, or as part of a breakfast combo plate that includes two pancakes, a choice of two bacon strips or two sausage links, two eggs, and hash browns.
Prices vary but a short stack (two pancakes) of Girl Scout Thin Mints Pancakes costs $9.49 at my local IHOP restaurant here in Los Angeles, while a full stack (four pancakes) is $13.49, and the breakfast combo is $16.99.
