The Ad's message: "It's the same sandwich only cheaper! Plus BK is edgy because we sneak into places." That's the thing about being top dog (i.e. McDonald's), you don't have to mention your competitors at all whereas #2 (like Domino's) will have to bring it up.
If you ask me, the King is kinda creepy, think about it... Guy in a smiling mask sneaks into places and does crazy things. It's the stuff horror films and nightmares are made of.
