Review: Rally's - Chili Dog

Rally's Chili Dog features a grilled all-beef hot dog topped with chili, onions, and some yellow mustard in a soft bun.

I picked one up for $1.

The chili was really nice; meaty with a just bit of spicy heat and slight tang. The onions were crisp and brought a touch of bitter sweetness that works well with the chili. The mustard actually added more tang than the chili but wasn't overwhelming.

The beef hot dog was solid with a good flavor and nice firmness. The bun was soft and very nicely toasted.

Overall, Rally's Chili Dog was a wonderful mess of tasty food for a really good price. A go-to item for sure.
