Jack in the Box Adds Hershey's Chocolate Creme Pie

Jack in the Box adds the Hershey's Chocolate Creme Pie to their menu for a limited time.

The pie features Hershey's chocolate creme filling with whipped topping, Hershey's chocolate chips and chocolate drizzle in a chocolate crumb crust.

If it sounds familiar, Burger King offers more or less the same thing as a permanent menu item but calls it the Hershey's Sundae Pie. While they look virtually identical, the nutritional info and ingredients differ slightly, so they probably have slightly different formulations (that I doubt anyone would notice while actually eating them).

Most likely, similar to their previous Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Pie, the pie is manufactured by Schwan, which is the same company that makes Edward's brand that you can buy in supermarkets. The Edwards brand also offers an almost(exactly?) identical Hershey's Chocolate Creme Pie.

The Hershey's Chocolate Creme Pie is selling for $2.09 at my local Jack in the Box (price may vary).
