New Buttery Jack Launches at Jack in the Box

There's a new premium burger at Jack in the Box starting today and it's called the new Buttery Jack. Available in Classic and Bacon & Swiss variants, the key feature of the burger is garlic herb butter that is melted onto the patty.

The Classic Buttery Jack also includes a 1/4-lb. beef patty, provolone cheese, creamy tomato sauce, green leaf lettuce, tomato, and a new "signature" bun.

The Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack goes for a more meat-and-cheese profile and consists of a quarter-pound beef patty, hickory-smoked bacon, Swiss cheese, and creamy bacon mayo on a new "signature" bun.

You might remember the Buttery Jack was spotted in test by one of your fellow Brand Eaters last summer.

There's no word yet on pricing, but I expect the Buttery Jack to come in at $4.99 or more. Update 1/29/15 - Pricing stands at $4.49 for the Classic version and $4.79 for the Bacon & Swiss version (prices may vary). There's a $1 dollar off printable coupon good on either version available on the Jack in the Box website (expires 4/5/15).
