Regardless of the size of the "cup," you'll only be charged $1.49 (may vary), or the cost of a medium Slurpee, to fill it up.
Now before you go running out to buy a giant trash can or wash bucket to fill and dunk your head in, there is a limitation: Your "cup" has to fit upright through this in-store display with a 10-inch hole:

While the "Bring-Your-Own-Cup Slurpee Day" is new to us here in the U.S., the company has held the event in a number of countries abroad including Australia, Canada, the Philippines, and Malaysia.
