The Jalapeno Fresco Spicy Chicken Sandwich features a crispy, spicy chicken breast filet, diced fresh (rather than pickled) jalapenos, ghost pepper sauce, warm cheese sauce, Colby Pepper Jack cheese, and red onion on a toasted bakery-style red jalapeno bun. It carries a suggested price of $4.99 (may vary).

New Ghost Pepper Fries takes an order of Wendy's Natural Cut Fries and topped them with diced, fresh jalapenos, warm cheddar cheese sauce, and the same ghost pepper sauce as the chicken sandwich. The suggested price for an order of Ghost Pepper Fries is $1.99 (may vary).
