Review: Nabisco - Coconut Chunky Chips Ahoy Cookies

Coconut Chunky Chips Ahoy cookies feature milk chocolate chunks and toasted coconut.

A 10.25-oz. package was $2.99 on sale.

These were crispier than regular Chips Ahoy, with an airier structure that's pretty crumbly (you probably don't want to eat these in your car).

There's a good amount of sweet and creamy milk chocolate chips as well as some equally sweet creamy milk chips. The milk chips seem like they're meant to represent the coconut portion but more in appearance than in taste; I didn't taste any coconut in them.

Instead, the coconut comes in toasted bits that blend in with the crispy texture of the cookie. There's a good balance between coconut and chocolate elements.

Overall, Coconut Chunky Chips Ahoy cookies were pretty nice with an enjoyable flavor and light crunchiness.
