Review: Smashburger - Sweet Potato Smashfries

Smashburger's Sweet Potato Smash Fries feature shoestring sweet potato fries tossed with olive oil, rosemary, and garlic.

A regular order was $2.49.

These turned out really nice with a light, crispy, and flaky coating to them. It was good for a uniform and delicate crunch, while maintaining a moist interior despite the thin cut of the fries.

The rosemary and garlic provided a light but enjoyable and contrasting accent on the earthy sweetness of the potatoes.

Overall, I enjoyed Smashburger's Sweet Potato Smashfries a lot. They feature the same winning garlic and rosemary combo of the chain's regular fries but pairs it up with the surprisingly more powerful punch of their sweet potato fries.
