The new yogurt (with a clunky name) is basically a progression from the Evolution Fresh yogurt parfaits only available in Starbucks stores. They're the product of a collaboration between Starbucks and Dannon.
The new yogurt's selling points include nonfat Greek yogurt over real fruit made with simple ingredients, and a lack of artificial flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives (basically, it's very on-trend; an increasing number of people are looking to nix artificial ingredients from their food).
There are four varieties: Blueberry, Black Cherry, Raspberry Blackberry, and Pineapple Passion Fruit.
Evolution Fresh Greek Yogurt (let's just go with that for sanity's sake) comes in 5.3-oz cups and come out to 120 calories and at least 11 grams of protein per container (which is pretty comparable to most Greek yogurts). The suggested price per single-serve cup is $1.69.
Starbucks' Evolution Fresh brand is better known for cold-pressed (and fairly pricey) juice.
