The concept eschews Subway's signature sub sandwiches for made-to-order personal pizzas with choose-your-own-toppings (basically the same pizzas currently offered at select Subway stores).
According to the school's website, the concept is the second such location in the US (the other location can be found in College Station, Texas near Texas A&M University).
Pricing is meant to mirror Subway pricing, which generally means the pizzas should fall in the $4 to $6 range.
The new restaurant is slated to open somewhere between January and March.
