While it might be called a Double Crunchwrap, it's actually a triple-layered Crunchwrap (just like the regular Crunchwrap actually has two separated layers).
Pictured is the Chipotle Veg version and it comes with two layers of cheese, chipotle seasoning, soy protein, red and green bell peppers, baby corn, coriander, and onions, plus a third layer of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
It's also available in a chicken version. Both go for 120 rupees a piece (~$1.95 US).
While the new Crunchwrap obviously caters to Indian tastes, you can get a more Americanized version by ordering a Crunchwrap Supreme with an extra tostada shell, extra beef, and extra nacho cheese. You might have to describe how you want it stacked but it's doable.
