News: Jack in the Box - New Bacon Insider Burger

Since Jack in the Box is already known for the Bacon Shake, they seem to have decided to be known for the bacon-with-bacon-and-more-bacon burger with the release of the new, limited-time Bacon Insider Burger.

The burger features a patty made with a blend of bacon pieces and ground beef, six half-slices of hickory-smoked bacon, bacon mayo sauce, lettuce, tomato, and American cheese on a new brioche bun.

While Burger King has also done a bacon-stuffed beef patty in the past, they certainly didn't put more bacon on it nor did they add bacon mayo to it, so there's a bit of novelty in play here.

The Bacon Insider Burger carries a suggested price of $4.99 (may vary by location) and you can expect it to stick around for about 8 weeks or so.

To help push the new burger, Jack in the Box turns to Bork, who is either a cow-pig or a pig with horns attached depending how imaginative you're feeling.

They'll be running a regional ad with Bork starting this Sunday (i.e. Super Bowl Sunday). You can check it out below:

In case, you missed it, "Bork, it's beef and pork," and "moink" is a mix of "moo" and "oink."
