Sizzling Chicken & Spinach features a fire-grilled breast of miso-glazed chicken served sizzling over a bed of fresh spinach, zucchini & squashi, red peppers, cremini mushrooms, and grilled balsamic-glazed onions. A fresh tomato & mozzarella salad comes on the side.
The Sizzling Sirloin & Spinach is the same as the chicken version but with a USDA Choice Black Angus sirloin instead of the chicken breast.
The chicken version measures in at 400 calories, while the beef version is slightly higher at 440 calories.
The new dishes are basically healthier versions of TGI Fridays' regular sizzling platters, which come with things like cheese, Alfredo sauce, and mashed potatoes.
