Frozen Friday: Michael Angelo's - Chicken Parmesan

Michael Angelo's Chicken Parmesan features a breaded chicken breast on a bed of spaghetti with marinara topped with melted mozzarella and Pecorino Romano.

A 11-oz box was $1.99.

I'm not sure what's the point of breading the chicken since it turns soggy under the melted cheese and sauce. The chicken inside was flavorful and juicy but a little too smooth and firm.

The cheese was an oozing mess of creamy flavor and made a nice blanket over the meal.

The noodles are smaller than what comes in their spaghetti and meatballs meal and more what I'm used to seeing. It tasted the same though.

The sauce is the same delicious and simple stuff you'd find in their other meals. It's thick and is great to sop up with bread afterwards.

Overall, Michael Angelo's Chicken Parmesan was tasty and great with the a similar flavor to their other marinara-based frozen meals, but with chicken.
