The Corned Beef Spud features a large baked potato topped with corned beef, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing.
McAlister's Corned Beef Spud can be found now through March 17, 2024 with prices starting at $9.99.
The deli chain also regularly offers a Reuben Sandwich that takes corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing and serves it on marbled rye bread. Prices start at $11.49 and the sandwich comes with $11.49.
As a St. Patrick's Day incentive for McAlister’s Rewards Members, the chain is offering 2X points with the purchase of a Corned Beef Spud or Reuben Sandwich from March 6th to March 20th.
