Frozen Friday: Dreyer's - Blueberry Medley Outshine Fruit & Veggie Ice Bars

Dreyer's Blueberry Medley Outshine Fruit & Veggie Ice Bars feature a blend of beet, blueberry, pear, apple, and sweet potato juices and/or purees frozen into an ice pop.

A 14.7 fl oz box was $3.49 and contains 6 bars.

These were pretty tasty. I didn't really get a sense of the beet and sweet potatoes but there's a nice, slightly tart berry flavor to the bar and a strong underlying base of pear and apple. It's sweet but not too sweet.

The texture of the bar is pretty interesting as there's a finer and more substantial consistency to it compared to the standard water and syrup of an ice pop. The texture seems to be due to the juice and puree mixture. There isn't any pulp or particulates that you can feel though.

Overall, Dreyer's Blueberry Medley Outshine Fruit & Veggie Ice Bars were pretty good. It's like getting a fruit smoothie but frozen solid and without any lumps or pulp.
