News: Starbucks - New Starbucks Refreshers in a Can

Starbucks is now offering a canned energy drink that's basically coffee/caffeine for the non-coffee drinking set with new Starbucks Refreshers.

The new drink gets its caffeine from green (unroasted coffee beans are green) coffee beans which means you get the caffeine but not the taste of coffee.

Instead, Starbucks Refreshers taste more like fruit juice blends and come in three fizzy flavors: Raspberry Pomegranate, Strawberry Lemonade, and Orange Melon.

Touted drink features include: real fruit juice (from concentrate), B vitamins, ginseng, and 60 calories per 12-ounce can.

By the end of April, you'll be able to find the cans in Starbucks stores, grocery stores, and convenience stores for a suggested retail of $1.99 a can.

Starbucks had tested a handcrafted (as they like to say) version of Refreshers in their stores last year.
