The freebie runs from 3 PM to 8 PM EST at participating locations. You can choose from either vanilla, chocolate, or limited-time Oreo Cookie flavors. The new, limited time flavor is a twist on the more typical cookies and cream as it's a smooth Oreo flavor rather than vanilla soft serve with Oreo cookie pieces mixed in.
