The bun comes individually wrapped in a sealed plastic bag that comes separately from the rest of the sandwich's ingredients. You open the bag and put together the sandwich yourself.
While the bun is gluten-free, Chick-fil-A's kitchens, where they prepare the sandwich ingredients, are not.
