Zucchini & Asparagus with Lemon Sauce (pictured) features zucchini noodles (also known as "zoodles" by some), fresh asparagus, Roma tomatoes, and roasted zucchini in a tangy lemon cream sauce, topped with toasted breadcrumbs and parsley.
Zucchetti in White Wine Garlic Sauce with Balsamic Chicken includes a half-and-half combination of zucchini noodles and spaghetti noodles in a white wine garlic sauce along with balsamic chicken, roasted zucchini, Roma tomatoes, spinach, onion, and basil. The dish is then accented with Parmesan cheese and lemon.
Noodles & Company first introduced Zoodles in May 2018 as a better-for-you option and it's been well-received enough to warrant several zucchini noodle-based dishes since. They plan to add more Zoodle dishes later this year.
The chain also debuts a new, gluten-friendly pipette shell that, like zucchini noodles, can be substituted into any dish on the menu for an upcharge of $1.
