Taco Bell Tests Two New $1 Grande Burritos

Following last December's limited time $1 Grande Burritos, Taco Bell looks to work the same angle with a test of two new $1 Grande Burritos in the Oklahoma City market.

Where December 2018 saw the arrival of the Chicken Enchilada and Three Cheese Nacho Grande Burritos, the Oklahoma City test includes the new Loaded Taco Grande Burrito and Chipotle Chicken Grande Burrito.

The Loaded Taco Grande Burrito is a slightly cheaper (Avocado Ranch-less) version of the Loaded Taco Burrito they put out for a limited time back in 2017. It features seasoned beef, lettuce, reduced fat sour cream, cheddar cheese, and crispy red tortilla strips wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla.

The Chipotle Chicken Burrito consists of seasoned rice, shredded chicken, and chipotle sauce wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla.

Both burritos can be found at participating locations in the Oklahoma City area for $1 each or as part of a $5 Box along with a Doritos Locos Taco, Crunchy Taco, Cinnamon Twists, and medium fountain drink.

As both burritos are made with regularly stocked ingredients, you can custom order either one even if you're not in the test market area (although it'll probably cost you more than a buck).

The $1 Grand Burrito test is slated to go through early June 2019.
