Starbucks Stirs New Dragon for 2019 Summer Drink Menu

Starbucks' newest "Instagram-worthy" beverage is the limited-time Dragon Drink, which is a slight variation on the permanent menu Mango Dragonfruit Refreshers.

The Dragon Drink takes a Mango Dragonfruit Refreshers (Fruit juice with sweet mango and Dragonfruit flavors, shaken with ice and diced dragonfruit) and stirs in some coconut milk. With the lack of new or limited-time ingredients, you can still order it long after it no longer appears on the menu.

Additionally, besides the returning S'mores Frappuccino announced earlier, Starbucks has also brought back the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino for a limited time. Unlike the Dragon Drink, some of the ingredients for the seasonal Frappuccinos will run out at some point this summer.

The Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino consists of dark caramel sauce blended with coffee, milk, and ice, layered over whipped cream and dark caramel sauce, and then topped with an additional layer of dark caramel sauce, whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and crunchy caramel sugar topping.

The Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino features mocha sauce and Frappuccino chips blended with coffee, milk, and ice, and poured over a layer of whipped cream and chocolate cookie crumble. The resultant drink is then topped with more whipped cream and chocolate cookie crumbles.
