Enlightened Releases New Bakeshop Collection of "Better-for-You" Ice Cream

Enlightened introduces the new, seasonal Bakeshop Collection with two new flavors available throughout the summer.

The new seasonal pints include:

- Triple Berry Cobbler - Strawberry and blueberry ice cream with a tart raspberry swirl and flaky biscuit crumbles.

- Lemon Meringue Pie - Light marshmallow meringue ice cream with a lemon custard swirl and buttery pie pieces.

Both varieties come in at 100 calories or fewer per 1/2 cup serving. They can be found at ShopRite, Albertsons, Safeway, Hy-Vee, and Fairway from now to the end of summer, while supplies last.
