Around the World: Pizza Hut Hong Kong - New Flower-Shaped Pizza for Chinese New Year

Pizza Hut Hong Kong is offering a new, special blossom-shaped pizza to celebrate Chinese New Year. They're calling it the Cheesy 7 Sensation Pizza.

The shape is achieved by curling in the end crust of the pizza to form 8 "petals." The end crust is filled with separate white and orange lines of mozzarella and cheddar cheese, and topped with crunchy parmesan crumbs. To complete the look, the toppings are arranged in decoration.

The cheeses you'll find on the pizza are: mozzarella, parmesan, provolone, Monterey Jack, Romano, cheddar, and balls of cream cheese.

The Cheesy 7 Sensation Pizza is available in two varieties: Pineapple & Pastrami Pork and Crayfish & Scallop.

The Pineapple & Pastrami Pork Cheesy 7 Sensation mouthful Pizza is topped with pepperoni, pastrami, pineapple, olives, and tomato sauce. The price comes to $143 HK (~$18.42 US) for a regular-sized pizza and $179 HK (~$23.05 US) for a large.

On the very seafood-y Crayfish & Scallop Cheesy 7 Sensation Pizza, you'll find crayfish, baby scallops, cucumbers, peaches, olives, and lobster sauce. It costs a tad more then the Pineapple & Pastrami Pork version at $148 HK (~$19.06 US) for a regular and $189 HK (~$24.34 US) for a large.
