News: Panera - Fall 2013 Menu

Panera Bread's 2013 Fall  seasonal menu is anchored by a new salad, pasta, and egg souffle.

The new salad is the new Roasted Turkey Harvest Wheatberry Salad which features all-natural, antibiotic-free roasted turkey, field greens, romaine lettuce, wheatberries, roasted Fuji apples, golden raisins, pistachios, dried apricots, dried cranberries, ginger, infused lemon zest, Gorgonzola, and a maple balsamic vinaigrette.

For pasta, there's the new Rigatoni San Marzano Pasta, which consists of rigatoni, spicy sausage, peas, and a pomodoro sauce made with San Marzano tomatoes topped with an Asiago Parmesan blend.

Finally, the third featured dish is the new Roasted Tomato & Feta Baked Egg Souffle, made with a savory egg mixture, roasted tomatoes, and feta cheese baked in a sweet croissant dough.

Also available this fall are:

- New Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup

- New Apple Chips & Pecan Steel Cut Oatmeal

And for baked goods there's:

- New Chocolate, Vanilla, and Red Velvet cupcakes

- New Chocolate Truffle Babka

- The Halloween-themed Jack-O-Lantern-shaped, frosted shortbread cookies ("Pumpkin Cookies")

- Pumpkin Spice Lattes, Pumpkin Pie Bagels, and Pumpkin Muffies

- Cranberry Orange Muffins
