Along with the new Cream Ice flavor, Rita's is also offering a Caramel Milkshake this month.
The Cream Ice is named after the caramelized milk dessert, dulce de leche, which is typically made by slowly heating sweetened milk (although most dulce de leche-flavored desserts I run into end up just tasting caramel-flavored).
Dulce de Leche Cream Ice is available for a limited time through Tuesday, October 22nd, 2013.
