Like the Starbucks promotion, it's a nice discount if The Coffee Bean is your cafe of choice for your morning coffee.
I suppose if you want to maximize you value, you can buy a small brewed coffee in the morning and come back for a regular or large Ice Blended in the afternoon or evening.
