Around the World: KFC Canada - New Waffles Fries and Harvest Vegetables

For whatever reason, KFC restaurants here in the States don't offer French fries. However, up north in Canada, KFC and even Taco Bell serves French fries. Now, KFC Canada even serves new Waffles Fries, along with new Harvest Vegetables.

I guess Waffle Fries are sorta like Potato Wedges, and we get those... Also, they offer gravy but not mashed potatoes (it's for the fries... I think).

The Harvest Vegetables look pretty interesting with what looks like a roasted vegetable blend of carrots, poatoes, red onions, and red bell peppers. I know it's a promo photo, but the Harvest Vegetables look pretty good! Plus, it's something no other fast chain is currently offering.

  1. The fries at KFC in Canada are awesome. Although it's been over 12 years since I lived there. I remember they used to have "Twonie Tuesdays" when you could get chicken & fries for only $2.

  3. Years ago the Canadian KFC fries were good because they used Cavendish Farms fries. Now the are not that great. McD's fries are better now
