The new Lava Queso Burger features a burger with chipotle aioli, caramelized onions, grilled poblanos, and tomato on a toasted bun. The whole burger comes doused with new Queso Fundido.
The Chocolate Covered Pretzel Milkshake is made with a blend of vanilla soft serve, chocolate, caramel, and chocolate-dipped pretzels, topped with whipped cream, caramel, chocolate syrup, and more mini chocolate-covered pretzels.
Red Robin's MadLove Burger includes pepper jack, Swiss cheese, a cheddar-and-parmesan crisp, sweet jalapeño relish, candied bacon, fresh-smashed avocado, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
Other new menu items at Red Robin include:
- Queso Fundido - A cheese sauce made with spicy chorizo, fresh-grilled poblano peppers, and cilantro. It's served with tortilla chips for dipping.
- Grilled Blackened Salmon - An Atlantic salmon filet seasoned with Cajun spices and then grilled. It comes served with garlic parmesan broccoli and crispy, smashed parmesan potatoes.
- Ocean Blue Patron Margarita - Silver Patron tequila, Cointreau, pineapple juice, coconut, agave, and lime juice, topped with a float of Blue Curacao.
