Qdoba Adds New Mexican Street Corn

Qdoba adds the fast-casual chain's take on elotes with the addition of new Mexican Street Corn.

Qdoba's Mexican Street Corn features a warm mix of sweet corn, poblano chiles, red bell peppers, creamy elote sauce, and lime juice. It can be added to any Qdoba entree for no additional charge and can also be ordered as part of a side of Loaded Mexican Street Corn, which sees the corn topped with chile crema, cotija cheese, and chopped cilantro.

According to Qdoba, the new product launch underscores the brand's commitment to "satisfying guests' evolving taste preferences and providing new ways to customize orders with bold and unique new flavors."
