Jack in the Box's Sourdough Scrambler is a breakfast sandwich featuring scrambled eggs, hickory-smoked bacon, and American cheese on toasted sourdough bread. It's also available with a sausage patty instead of bacon.
The Sourdough Scrambler seems to be a test for offering scrambled eggs on a sandwich at Jack in the Box. The fast-food chain's breakfast sandwich typically comes with a fried egg but Jack in the Box serves scrambled eggs as part of a breakfast platter as well as in a breakfast burrito. It would not require any new ingredients to roll out nationally.
The Sourdough Scrambler is priced at $2.99. It's also available in a combo with a hash brown patty and coffee for $5.59.
