The limited-time shake was first introduced in 2022 and features a vanilla milkshake base blended with pineapple syrup and topped with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
A Pineapple Express Red Bull Infusion and Pineapple Express Air Freshener are also available this year.
The Pineapple Express Red Bull Infusion offers a mix of Red Bull Yellow Edition energy drink (a "Tropical" flavor) mixed with pineapple syrup and served over ice.
The pineapple-scented Pineapple Express Air Freshener costs $2 with all proceeds from its sales going to nonprofits that "feed and educate youth."
Finally, if you happen to be in San Francisco, you can get a Pineapple Express Twisted Soda for a limited time. The drink features Sprite mixed with pineapple flavors, sweetened cream, and vanilla, crowned with whipped topping and a cherry.
