News: Subway - June 2012 Featured $5 Footlong

Subway's Featured $5 Footlong for this June is the Oven Roasted Chicken Sub with Spinach. It features their regular Oven Roasted Chicken Sub, but with spinach! Never mind that you could always get it with spinach... spinach is good for you!

Haha, I'm pretty sure you could get it without spinach as well. Although I wonder if you would have to say, "Can I get a Footlong Oven Roasted Chicken Sub with Spinach without the spinach?" to keep the $5 pricing. I mean, technically the Oven Roasted Chicken Sub is not $5.

Regardless, as with every Subway sub, it comes with your choice of bread, cheese, and veggies.

Also featured this month is avocado as an option (with extra cost) for your Subway sub since it's avocado season as well as California avocado month (there seems to be a month for everything, no?).

Subway is also running a Kids Meal promotion with an entry code in each Kid's Meal. The entry codes have a 1 in 5 chance of scoring you (or your child) a free ticket to Disney's-Pixar's Brave, which comes out later this month. More details available on their website here.
