Del Taco makes their carnitas by slow-braising pork in small batch kettles. The new Primo Carnitas Burrito features shredded pork carnitas, seasoned rice, spicy jack cheese, creamy chipotle sauce, and fresh pico de gallo salsa.
Also new is the Macho Carnitas Burrito which is like their regular Macho Burrito but with pork carnitas for the meat.
Returning pork carnitas items include the Carnitas Combo Burrito, Carnitas Taco al Carbon, and Carnitas Macho Nachos.
