The cups are currently available for pre-ordering off of the Hershey's online store and will ship the week of March 24, 2014.
There's a price premium for the freshness though: It's $27.95 (plus shipping) for six dozen peanut butter cups (about 2 and a half pounds worth or about 40 ounces). You can get about 40 ounces of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups for roughly $13 in stores.
I'm guessing the main draw of these is that the peanut butter would be fresher and moister rather than the drier stuff you find on the shelves.
If you're looking to get these, they're only available for a limited time.
