News: Pizza Hut - 8 Wings for $5

Starting today, Pizza Hut is offering an order of 8 wings starting at $5 just in time for the culmination of the college basketball season.

It's $5 for boneless, or "bone-out" wings as they're calling them (i.e. breaded chicken breast pieces), and $1 more for traditional or crispy (i.e. actual) wings. Pizza Hut's wings are normally 8 for $7 (although they have a pretty sweet promotion on Wednesday where it costs 50 cents a wing).

Pizza Hut's wings are fried (at WingStreet locations) and available sauced in one of 8 sauces (as well as un-sauced): Buffalo Mild, Buffalo Medium, Buffalo Burnin' Hot, Spicy Asian, Spicy BBQ, Honey BBQ, Lemon Pepper, and Garlic Parmesan.

Additionally, Pizza Hut will give out free wings if a "winged" team (that is one with a nickname or mascot with wings) wins this year's men's college basketball tournament. The chances aren't bad as there are 12 "winged" teams out of a field of 64 in the tournament.

If a "winged" team wings, participating Pizza Hut locations will be giving out sample sizes of four wings on April 10 between 1 pm and 4 pm local time.
