Around the World: KFC New Zealand Offers New Mexican Range

The latest promotion in New Zealand for KFC is the new, limited-time Mexican Range of sandwiches: The Mexican, Mexican Zinger, and Mexican Snack.

While the names make them sound like a person, a joke, and, perhaps, a churro, the sandwiches feature ingredients like Mexican bean salad (something I've never seen at a Mexican restaurant) and tortilla chips.

The Mexican (middle) features a KFC Original Recipe fried chicken breast filet, tortilla chips, sour cream, cheese, crispy onions, "super charged sauce," and Mexican bean mix salad.

The Mexican Zinger (left) comes with a KFC Zinger (spicy) fillet, tortilla chips, jalapenos, cheese, crispy onions, "super charged sauce," and Mexican bean mix salad.

Finally, the Mexican Snack (right) offers a KFC chicken breast, tortilla chips, cheese, diced tomato, and salsa.

While there have been tortilla chips and even beans inside a fast food sandwich before, I think this might be a first for KFC.
