A 5.3-oz cup was $1 on sale.
The yogurt had a really nice consistency to it; smooth, thick, and creamy. Unlike some Greek (or Greek-style) yogurts, it tastes just like regular yogurt and was only lightly sweetened with a pleasant and equally light vanilla flavor.
I especially like the almonds, which were chopped and crunchy. Like the yogurt, they were lightly sweetened with a bit of a honeyed caramel touch to them. I like almonds in general so this was right up my alley.
I really like the design of the cup; you just fold it in half to dump the almonds onto the yogurt without any muss or fuss. It works much better than a lid filled with toppings where you have to carefully open the pressure seal so it doesn't spill.
Overall, I really liked Muller's Caramelized Almonds Greek Corner yogurt. It's not an intense eating experience but is really enjoyable. I'd happily get this again.

I prefer muller's over other greek yogurts because of its low acidity.
ReplyDeleteMuller's > Faga > Chobani > Yolpait
I agree with your rankings, but I'd put Dannon Activia Greek Yogurt second after Muller. It's really good stuff.
ReplyDeleteI plan to try that soon.
ReplyDeleteI like Yoplait and Fage, but Chobani has this weird aftertaste for me.
ReplyDeleteI'm a fan of the Müller Greek with the honeyed apricot. Yummy!
ReplyDeleteI loved the sound of this and I hope they bring it to the Uk in some way. The Greek styles are doing well over here so I imagine in time.
ReplyDeleteMuller is originally German so it's not a stretch to see it in the UK.
ReplyDeleteThe Muller w/ the almonds is my favorite; obviously others too since no store can keep it in stock! I add granola to it & it's a perfect start to my day; not usually a breakfast eater. I can't stand Chobani or others w/ because they seem too much like regular yogurt.
